Consultation
We visit the property, look at what you want to change, and talk through what is realistic for the space and the budget.

Scope & estimate
You get a written scope that lists exactly what is included, the materials assumed, and a price with no vague line items.

Drawings & permits
Where the work needs them, we prepare drawings and pull the permits, and book the engineering and inspections.

Build
One site lead runs the trades to a schedule you can see. You get regular updates and a clean site at the end of each week.

Walk-through & warranty
We finish the punch list with you, hand over manuals and warranties, and stay reachable after the job is done.

Questions people ask before they call

What areas do you work in?
Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph, plus the surrounding townships — Elmira, Breslau, New Hamburg, Ayr, St. Jacobs and nearby. If you are just outside that radius, ask.
Do you give free estimates?
The first consultation and a written estimate are free. Detailed design drawings or engineering, if your project needs them, are quoted separately and credited back if you proceed.
How is a project priced?
Most renovations and additions are fixed-price against a written scope. Change orders are priced and approved in writing before the work happens, so the number does not drift.
When could you start?
It depends on the season and the size of the job. Smaller renovations can often start within a few weeks; additions and new builds are usually booked a few months out. Send your project details and we will tell you honestly.
Do you offer service in Spanish?
